payments due to the College, including Tuition Fees etc. are to be paid in
the Andhra Bank (College Branch) through Bank Challans available with the
College Cashier either in cash or by Pay Order drawn in favour of the
Principal, Sri Venkateswara College, payable at New Delhi. All Fee
Receipts should be preserved carefully by the students as the same may be
required for various purposes.

The above
fees/charges may be revised/increased by the college at any time entirely
at its discretion. Such revision/increase shall be effective from such
date as may be notified on the College Notice Board.
SC/ST
candidates will be exempted from payment of Admission and Tuition Fees on
production of certificates from the competent authority that their parents
are not Income Tax Payee.
Withdrawal of Admission & Refund of Fees
Application for withdrawal of admission should be submitted in the
prescribed form (In Duplicate) obtainable from the College
Office:-
a) If
the withdrawal application is submitted in the College Office on or
before 31st July, 2005, a sum of Rs 05/-only will be deducted and rest of
the fees will be refunded by Cheque in due course of time.
b) If
the withdrawal application is submitted in the College Office
between 01st and 14th August, 2005, a sum of Rs 30/-only will be
deducted and rest of the fees will be refunded by Cheque in due course
of time.
c) If the withdrawal application is submitted in the
College Office after 14th August, 2005, only Caution Deposit and
Residual Tuition Fees will be refunded by Cheque in due course of
time.
d) Caution Deposit can be claimed within Three Years of
leaving the college after which the same will not be
refundable.
College
Library Rules
1.
Students will have to keep their personal belongings at the Property
Counter at their own risk.
2. Check Gate Official has the right to
check up any Library User leaving the Library.
3. Three Text Book
Tickets and One General Ticket will be given to all Pass Course and
B.Sc. Students. Honours Students will be given Four Tickets for
Text Books and one Ticket for General Books. M.A./M.Sc students will
be given Six Tickets.
4. An amount of 25 Paise per day
will be collected for the late return of a book upto 15 days and Re
01/- per day there after.
5. Rs 10/- will be charged for the
loss of each Library Ticket.
