* To provide technicians for our fast-growing industry / research organizations, the college started a one year postgraduate Diploma Course in Biochemical Technology with funding from the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, in 1991. Admission to this course is through on all India entrance test. The curriculum is revised every three years with feed back from students and industry interactions. Advisory Committee includes the nominees from the industries (Ranbaxy, Glaxo, Reddy's Lab. etc.).
