I) Application for admission to College should be made on the prescribed form.

 II) An additional form is to be filled for Residence (hostel) facility.

III) Those applying under the ‘Sports category’ also have to fill a special additional form.

IV) The Prospectus with application forms, On-Campus Residence (hostel) brochure, and College Handbook for        admission to the 1st year B.A./B.Sc., M.A./M.Sc., 2005 - 2006 are available in the college office.

Note:-

These can also be obtained by post by sending a crossed Demand Draft. for Rs.175/- towards the cost plus handling charges, payable to "The Principal, St. Stephen's College, Delhi" along with a self-addressed envelope 10" x 7", stamped Rs. 10/-.

Forms for B.A./B.Sc. classes can also be down loaded from the College website ; (Please check details on the instruction sheet attached with the form).

Forms for B.A./B.Sc. classes are also available with online submission facility on the College web site.

You can use one of the following modes to submit your admission and other forms :

  I) Submit the forms at the designated counters in College

 II) Send these by post along with a self addressed envelope of the size 9” X 4” with a Rs. 10/- stamp affixed on it.

III) Fill up and submit B.A./ B.Sc. forms On-Line (Please check details given on that link.).

Note:-

If admission is sought for more than one programme, separate form(s) should be used.

Applications submitted in person or by post must be accompanied by the following enclosures:

 i) Christian candidates - a photocopy of the Baptism certificate as well as a certificate from the Pastor of the Church      attesting their membership of that church.

ii) Scheduled Caste/Tribe candidates - an official certificate to the effect.

  I) Application forms for M.A. / M.Sc. will be available from the College counter from May 30, 2005 and will not be       available on web for download. Last date for submission of the Application forms for M.A. / M.Sc. is likely to be       July 16, 2005.

 II) For admission to M.A / M.Sc. Previous, an applicant must have passed the Bachelor's degree examination       (10+2+3 scheme).

III) An applicant must be twenty years of age on or before October 1, 2005.

IV) For admission to an M.A. / M.Sc. course, primary admission to the relevant Delhi University Department must be       obtained . Only those candidates who are on the DU list of selected candidates are considered for interview.       Hence candidates are required to apply to the concerned university Department as well apart from applying to       college.
