Minimum requirements for the students who have passed the qualifying examinations from Vocational / Technical streams are summarized below:
B.A. and B.Com. [Pass]
The students who have passed the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi under Vocational / Technical stream will be eligible for admission to the B.A. and B.Com. (Pass) courses.
Courses Other than B.A. and B.Com. [Pass]
I) For admission to courses such as B.Com. [Hons] / B.A. [Hons] / three Academic subjects and one Vocational subject may be taken into account for purpose of determining eligibility for admission to these courses. Please refer to Table II below for a list of Academic and Vocational Subjects.
II) For admission to Vocational Courses, two vocational subjects and two academic subjects will form the basis for admission irrespective of the subjects, but the relationship with the main course must be ensured.
III) Academic and Vocational Courses must have the relationship with the main Courses opted by the candidates.
IV) In case of candidates having passed the +2 stage examination with all the vocational subjects, the case of such candidates may be decided by the Head of the Department/Deans of Faculties concerned, on Individual merits.
V) The eligibility for admission to the courses mentioned above will be the same as prescribed by the University for these Courses except the B.Com. (Hons) Course. The students who have secured 60% marks and above in aggregate shall be eligible for admission to this course i.e., B.Com. (Hons.).
