Candidates who are applying under the ECA /SPORTS category must fill in the ECA / SPORTS Application Form in addition to the General form. Please note that there will be field trials/ performance tests for the ECA/ SPORTS categories. Please attach copies of the following with the ECA/ SPORTS forms:

An attested passport size photograph should be pasted on the College Enrollment form and the another      submitted to the office on the day of the interview/ test after the admission is finalised. (Attestation by the      Principal of a college / school or by a gazetted officer of the Government of India / State government, with      his / her office stamp, will be accepted.)

In addition the ECA category applicant must attach the following documents:

Character Certificate from the institution last attended.

Certificate of the last qualifying examination passed.

List of marks on the basis of which admission is sought.

Other relevant documents such as the SC/ ST certificates, certificates of extra curricular activities/ sports      and the like.

A letter from the Principal of the school last attended clearly giving the details of activities participated in as      well as mentioning the extent of participation. The Principal of the school should also express his / her      opinion on the extent to which the candidate would contribute to the total life of the college.

Copies of all relevant certificates that would throw light on the activities and extent of participation.

Evidence of participation in ECA in the last three years of school.

A write-up by the candidate stating how she would contribute significantly to the extra curricular life of      college. The candidate should also describe the qualities/ talents she possesses on account of which she      feels that she should be given a chance on the grounds other than academic merit.
