INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM FOR THE ENTRANCE TEST (OPENMAT)

Non-Receipt of Call Letter On the basis of the information indicated in the Application Form you would be sent call letter for the Entrance Test. In case you do not receive the call letter by the date indicated below you should contact the Regional Centre or Registrar (SR & E) at H.Q. to collect the duplicate call letter. Duplicate call letter will be issued only to those candidates who have not received the call letter but their name appears in the list provided to Regional Centre. If your name does not appear in the list, you will not be issued duplicate call letter. Your record may not be included in the list provided to the Regional Centre for any of the reasons like nonreceipt of Application Form, or delay in receiving the Form, or not indicating the information correctly on the Form. When you come for enquiry for issue of duplicate call letter you should bring a photocopy of the form. The Regional Centre may search for your record with reference to the Form Number. Reporting of Test Results All the candidates who appear for the Entrance Test (OPENMAT) shall be sent the result cards indicating their status as regards to qualifying or not qualifying. Only those who are indicated as qualifying would be eligible for applying for Admission to the Management Programme (2006-2007). In case you do not receive your result card within one week of the probable date of despatch of result card, you may contact the Regional Centre under which your test centre falls. No request for duplicate result card will be entertained after the last date for Submission of Admission Form.
