Admission to Management Programmes of IGNOU is done through OPENMAT Entrance Examinations, held twice a year.

For appearing in the entrance test (OPENMAT) a student has to fill up APPLICATION FORM FOR OPENMAT ENTRANCE TEST which is a part of this STUDENT HANDBOOK AND PROSPECTUS-2006 (Form 1 at page no. 153). No other document is required to be submitted alongwith this form. The Entrance Test will be held on the following dates :

OPENMAT XVIII - 07.08.2005 (Sunday 10.00 A.M. — 1.00 P.M.)

OPENMAT XIX   - 05.02.2006 (Sunday 10.00 A.M. — 1.00 P.M.)

A student can appear in anyone of the above OPENMATS. If a student wants to appear in both the tests s/he is required to apply separately.
