Important Dates:
The Application Form for Entrance Test (OPENMAT) has been provided in this Handbook (Form 1 at page no. 153). If the students do not receive the call letter for appearing in the entrance test by the following dates, they should approach the concerned Regional Centre for issue of duplicate call letter. The dates are:
For First Test : 15th July 2005 For Second Test : 15th Jan 2006. The OPENMAT result card will be sent to the students within 6-7 weeks from the date of the OPENMAT examination. In case of non-receipt of the result card, please contact the Regional Centre of your area or SR & E Division for duplicate Result Card, so that you are able to submit the form on time. Those who qualify for admission will have to apply on ‘Application Form for Admission to Management Programme’ (which is also a part of this Handbook – Form 2 at page no. 157) to the Regional Director concerned. Such students will have a choice to take admission in any of the two following consecutive admission cycles, i.e., one who clears Entrance Test in August 2005 may take admission in the cycle commencing January 2006 or July 2006. Similarly the student who qualifies in February 2006 Entrance Test will be eligible for taking admission either in July 2006 cycle or January 2007 cycle. Last date for submission of Application Form for admission alongwith result card, identity card and other relevant documents at the Regional Centre for the first and second cycle 2006 and first cycle 2007 are :
