In case there is any correction / change in the address or a change of Study Centre.They are advised not to write letters to any other Officer in the University in this regard. Normally it takes 4-6 weeks to effect the change. Therefore, the students are advised to make their own arrangement to redirect the mail to the changed address during this period. Students are also advised to make sure that counselling facilities are available, for the subject he/she has chosen, at the new Study Centre opted for. As far as possible the request for change of Study Centre is acceded to. However, the allotment of new Study Centre is subject to availability of seats for the programme at the new Study Centre being opted for. |
