For your identity card, fee receipt and bonafide certificates, write to the Regional
Centre in whose jurisdiction your area falls.
For non-receipt of study material and assignments, write directly to Registrar, Material
Production and Distribution Division, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110 068.
In case a student wants to have assignments only he/she can obtain a copy of the
same from programme study centre or Regional Centre or may download it from
IGNOU website - www.ignou.ac.in.
For queries relating to examinations, grade card, practical grades, date-sheets, result
rechecking, etc., write to Assistant Registrar (Examination-II), SR&E Division,
IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110 068.
For change of Elective/Medium write to Asstt. Registrar (Evaluation-III), SRE
Division, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110 068.
For non-reflaction of assignment grades write to Dy. Registrar (Assignments) SR&ED,
IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi - 110 068.
For Migration Certificate write to the Regional Director concerned along with the
following documents.
Application (can be obtained from the Regional Centre).
Photostat copy of the Mark-sheet/Grade Card attested by a Gazetted Officer.
A fee of Rs. 100/- in the form of a demand draft/IPO drawn in favour of IGNOU,
payable at the town of Regional Centre.
For the schedules of counselling and workshops and for feedback on assignment
responses, write to programme in-charge (PIC) of the relevant Programme Centre.
The Induction Programme for January cycle will be held in January, 2006 through
teleconferancing mode. |
IGNOU admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit. Only those candidate who
satisfy the eligibility criteria fixed by the University will be admitted. Candidates will not
be admitted if they are not eligible as per the eligibility criteria. Therefore, the candidates
should not be misled by false promises of admission made by private individuals or
