From Academic session 2005-2006 following B.Sc.(General) Courses have been restructured. The new streams are recommended for students seeking broad-based science education at the undergraduate level. The student would have a choice of a combination of three science disciplines, mixed judiciously to permit studies in Physical Sciences, Life Sciences and Applied Sciences. |
I) B.Sc.(General) Group A will be B.Sc. in Physical Sciences |
II) B.Sc.(General) Group B will be B.Sc. in Life Sciences |
III) B.Sc.(General) Analytical Chemistry and Bio Chemistry, B.Sc.(General) Industrial Chemistry, B.Sc.(General) Electronics and B.Sc.(General) Computer Science will be B.Sc. in Applied Physical Sciences |
IV) B.Sc.(General) Agro-Chemical and Pest Management, B.Sc.(General) Environmental Sciences and B.Sc.(General) Sericulture will be B.Sc. in Applied Life Sciences |

2. B.Sc.(General) Mathematical Sciences would be offered with the same content and nomenclature as the previous year. |
